Josefine Hellström Hansson

DJ, producer and Backyard Sessions resident Josefine Hellström Hansson probably needs no further introduction to the Malmö crowd. The debut Water Cave EP released on HMWL in 2016 made it’s way onto Decks and Beatport top charts, was featured in many Boiler Room sets and finally shortlisted as best techno of 2016 by Swedish Radio P3.

During the last 12 months Josefine has been playing at Way Out West, Why Not Festival, Culture Box and a number of venues in Berlin. But she can also occasionally be found doing a casual deep vinyl set at one of Möllan’s DJ bars on a friday night. She is just one of South Sweden’s most versatile and down-to-earth DJs.
