Some Saturdays you end up on the sofa watching something you have already seen.

This is not that Saturday.

Backyard Sessions has been building a Malmö community of people who love dancing, being together and finding something beautiful in a afternoon for 10+ years. Now we are adding something new to our repertoire.

It’s not a club night, and not a Sunday brunch. It’s something in between, slightly better than both.

Specialty coffee will be served by Lilla Kafferosteriet, brunch will be served by the chefs behind Travers Kitchen, and Malmö's finest local DJs will be spinning the wheels serving you the most dance-friendly vibes And on top of this, you will be able to enjoy it together with your favourite Malmö community, at Travers in Kirseberg. Come as you are. Dance, eat and hang. No pressure

This summer we received an honourable invite to curate the Malmö stage for one full day at Malmöfestivalen!

Bring your dancing shoes and come enjoy Sunday 11th of August with us at Malmöfestivalen in proper Backyard Sessions style.

We bring back some of our friends who has been performing in Backyard Sessions Folkets Park in 2015-2018 mixed with new local talent. Don't miss out!

Backyard Sessions #1 - Saturday May 25th - Plan B

On May 25th we kickstart the summer with an epic backyard session. Be prepared for a Saturday day and night full of love for the music and human connection. We will start the day with an outdoor session and when the night fall and the lights turn on we open up inside and continue on all night with bringing you the best international as well as finest local talent.

With colorful decorations, great food, and refreshing drinks, this is the perfect setting to chill with your family and friends, meet new people, and have a blast with us under the summer sun and the moon. Come celebrate the arrival of the summer with us!
